Very busy road carving its way from Trafalgar Square to Picadilly circus. Lots of high street shops and eateries found on this road, as well as some high end theatres.

This area of London appeared to be a little less busy than others in the city. There are trees lining. The sides of the road and it leads to Trafalgar Square and then up to Picadilly Circus. It is a charming area.

This Street is the meeting point or near meeting point of so many areas including piccadily and Trafalgar. Good restaurants and quick shops make this a must visit. Great transport links too.

Charing Cross is a junction in London where six separate routes meet. It's quaint side street area contains a wide variety of eateries and quirky shops. There's plenty to see and do, and dining for many different styles and tastes.

Restaurants, shops and theatres, but not as many book stores as there were in its glory days (my main reason for visiting this street!), but still worth a wander about. I particularly enjoyed "Any amount of books" and of course had to go into Foyles...More

Exciting location in the middle of West End/Theatreland. Worth exploring and checking out the side streets for interesting shops or places to eat. My favourite side street is Cecil Court for various model and book shops.

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are

Foyles is still there but not as quirky as it used to be which may be a good thing.
