We have been here several times, and love the light and delicate decor. The church often arranges concerts, and we have been to several. You may also get a nice meal in the «Cafe in the crypt» for a reasonable price.

The church is a nice looking building with the cafe in the crypt quite decent as well. However if you go for a classical concert you really will get to see this place as it is intended to be. A couple of top tips though:...More

The building itself looks pretty from the outside but nothing special inside. There are free concerts besides those that require admissions; check the church website

This is a decent looking church, literally turned to a very central concert hall. The location of the church, at the edge of Trafalgar square, is hard to beat, but its interiors are not particularly impressive.

Popped in to this cute church with an amazing window. The cafe in the crypt underneath sells the most amazing selection of hot meals with drinks and cakes Just sitting under the church wondering what / who has happened in all the years is amazing...More

We came to listen to Vivaldi here. Went for the cheapest seats and so we couldn't see anything (our choice) but a lovely night of music. Be prepared to get a bit cosy in the summer (no windows and obviously no air con!) but a...More

The evensong was lovely. But I felt unwelcome. I arrived five minutes before start time, but just to be sure I wanted to ask if I could join, the lady at the door saw me and didn’t look at me again, thought she was going...More

Dear Faithcao, I can only apologise if you felt unwelcome while you were here. The steward should have handed you an order of service and I can only think that she thought you wanted to look around the church and were not planning to stay...More

I have listened to music by candlelight here on five different trips (at least!). There is a regular rotation of Mozart, Bach, and others. I have always enjoyed the experience as it is an inexpensive and relaxing way to end the day. The Cafe in...More

When you click on "book tickets", a rough seating plan will come up. Then look for a box that says something about a detailed seating plan. Click it. The same rough plan will appear, however if you click on the area of... More

No seating plan as far as I saw: first come, first served. So I agree with David F. Note that the voluntary donation is best given at the end of the concert on the way out - not at the beginning otherwise you can get a... More
