This place definitely needs a refresh and I would not have paid more than the price I paid with a Groupon offer for it. Mixed feeling with staff members not totally rude but not showing much enthusiasm about your customs, a bit blasé (and yes it must be tiring working in such a place but it was opening time so... I've taken children here quite a few times now, and know many others who do as well. The place itself is fine - the kids have great fun - but every time I've been, there is always one of more member of staff that are very rude, and end up upsetting someone. I've heard similar complaints from others. They really... More

Main thing that was silly is on their website they put down the closest train station was ladbroke grove when it actually is minutes from latimer rd station Went on a school holiday was the first time i went was hoping place was bigger but was very small and they has so many things all squeezed in one area a... This is a decent soft play that makes the most of limited space. The actual play area does what you would expect and is well divided into under twos, under fives and over fives. There is an ok cafe and the adult seating, although quite limited in space, is well arranged with good lines of sight. I arrived at 10.30... More

We celebrated our son's 4th birthday party at Bramley's and it was a great decision. Everything went smoothly on the day - timings, food, cake, decoration. The staff are very well organised and setting the party up was super easy, on the phone, no fuss. The play area is perfect for all ages - we had mostly toddlers in the... More

We go here all the time with our children. It's a shame that it is so expensive. Food choice is ok, my eldest daughter is 14 and we have been going here since she was younger. My other children are 7 and 3 and they get bored quickly after being here after 30 mins. It is good for a local... More

We held our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was just what we wanted. The children had a great time in the soft play (our party ranged in age from 15 months to 6 years and they were all adequately entertained). There was plenty of good coffee and seating space for the adults too. In terms of party food,... More

Went today with my 5 year old for an hour. Staff at the door were polite and nice. It's quite small and not very tidy, rubbish on the tables. It's 7.75 for children 5 and over which I think is at the higher end of soft play prices. But it's inner London. The toilets were clean. Had a coffee from... More

This whole experience was rubbish. If you want to waste your money, and get sneered at by stroppy school-leavers, this is for you. I went in on their 'special offer' after-school club. We paid for an hour, and 30 minutes in, we got a call from the tannoy, asking for us to come in. I said we had only been... More

I had to stop to give feedback to the manager as they were so lovely. Even though most of the staff were young, they were not arrogant, rude or impolite. The food choice was really good as playcentres go and the benches around the side were excellent. They had a junior making sure the play area was tidy and staff... More
