Our tour guide Mick was fantastic! We found the whole tour fascinating. Mick even has a book on Jack the Ripper! A really fun and different experience. Also Yuu Kitchen around the corner from the meeting place has the best tapas we’ve ever had.
Andre was a great guide. It's a shame that so many of the original streets have been demolished and modern buildings put up but with Ripper-vision we were able to get a good idea of what it would have been like. Andres knowledge and his...More
A very organised and interesting tour. It was fascinating to be taken around Whitechapel to learn about the past history. We decided to wait until the Winter and the dark evenings before booking. The visuals were very good and helped you to have a better...More

Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a
cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
I don't think that should be a problem. When I took the tour we only walked in streets and on sidewalks, nothing too narrow or steep. Some were cobbled streets, but we didn't walk in any steps or stairs. Enjoy the tour!
