This is a grand place and a busy mall. High end clothes and a full restaurant, etc. Service is great in each department. Worth a visit to Oxford Street while in downtown London.

Food hall is overrun and not well managed. Seating area dirty and some dude just puked. Crowded and filthy. Also Baker and spice total rip off two small salads £18...skip it

Hiend shopping you can find any rare items you wanna buy. They hve the lounge for tax refund at the top of the mall. And there is a beauty salon as well. Overall is good. Love to visit.
