And so does most of London. Just a nice relaxing place to spend a day when there is nice weather. Take a walk or stay awhile. Very nice.

There is a fantastic entrance to Hyde Park via the Duke of Wellington Arch. Pretty gardens can be found bearing left at the entrance. Boat hire is available on the lake but it is quite expensive

During a sunny :) May visit I had the luxury of jogging each morning in Hyde Park. I just loved exploring the park by foot:)...so many sites to see. In the morning there are very few tourists and it feels like it is just yours...More

We had a fantastic time with our kids ... Flowers, all the colours of the world, trees, plants, everything so harmonised. We paid £29 for a family ticket for one hour and enjoyed every second of the trip with swans, ducks, geese... At the end...More

The others have answered your questions, however, I have a maybe helpful hint for the older person in your group. Depending on how far away you need to go, and if cost is a factor, you could take a taxi away from the park... More

It really depends on what time your coach/train departs and where it departs from. Most gigs finish in plenty of time for onward travel so shouldn't be a problem unless the finish of the gig and your coach/train departure... More

I don't think there are any plans for large screens in Hyde Park or other large open spaces.
