From a small grocery store in Piccadilly in 1707, has grown a celebrated store with an international reputation for the exclusivity and quality of the products it sells. Fortnum's Food Hall is an irresistible display of gourmet pleasures, from chocolates and biscuits to smoked salmon and Stilton, vintage marmalade and seasonal produce. Passionate about provenance, we are proud to recommend every jar, spoonful and slice for our hungry customers.

Afternoon tea at The Gallery - reservations were made - a superb lady receptionist from Slovakia said we were expected and a table would be ready immediately - and it was. The afternoon tea at £ 24.50 turned out to be fantastic value, vastly superior...More

Fortnum and mason should be on everybody's bucket list coming to London. It's sensational. No in your face staff or loud music. We interacted with several staff members and found them all very professional. Testing perfumes was a delight . I was not pounced on...More

Any kind of tea, excellent quality of chocolates and other delicatessen. The prices are high and I would say a little bit overpriced.

We came here for afternoon tea and thought it was pretty average. This brick and mortar store is nice but keep in mind that there's a subsection in Terminal 3 of Heathrow where you can buy last-minute Fortnam & Mason souvenirs.

I'm sure you can- there is an ice cream parlour on the first floor which also serves tea, coffee etc.... We just had a coffee and hot chocolate- it was lovely and no more expensive than a coffee shop

Definately yes. There is a tea area/cafe on the ground floor but for the 4th floor where we went you must book. Uniquely Fortnum's call you 48 hours before to check you are still coming! Hope you found this useful.
