This for me is the highlight of the year at this branch of the international auction emporium that is Christie's. Multiplied is a three-day fair which takes place towards the end of Frieze week, named both after the enormous exhibition of the Emperor's New Clothes...More

I wouldn't recommend trying to sell items that you value through Christie's. They tend to keep items for months, don't look after them, let them deteriorate, then return them to you saying they are not good enough for them to sell. If you are visiting...More

I always pop inside to see the things that are going to be auctioned. Is very interesting as give you an insight of what is up these days... Of course brown furniture is disappearing fast and a mixture of eclectic tastes is coming up... But...More

There are other great auctioneers in London, but this one ranks as one of the most celebrated. They sell an eclectic mix of lots and offer a free, no obligation valuation service...

This was a private party held to celebrate a 25th wedding anniversary, 21st and 18th birthdays. An interesting viewing of Terry O'Neill photos of The Rolling Stones and The Beatles which are coming up for auction in early September.
