We went on a Saturday and the Market was extremely crowded. There were hardly any places to sit outdoors, but we were able to get into a bar to get food and seats. If you don't like crowds or queueing, steer clear of Camden Market, but if you enjoy fun, funky food and shopping with seemingly endless choices, go for it!

Amazing visit wow this area has changed a lot, it’s been years since our last visit and so much has changed, there’s loads to do and see here and it’s really lovely, if you go to one area in London go here you won’t be disappointed.

Pretty crowded, but fun
Oct 2021 • Couples
One of the most crowded places we have been to in the 3 weeks we have been visiting major London attractions. Lots of fun though, geared mainly towards younger aged clientele. many merchants in the food section were offering tasters, by the time I sampled them, I was not even hungry. We then walked through the nearby streets, colorful, decorated with graffiti and other crazy decor, bought some reasonably priced souvenirs. Great if you have a spare time in the city.

Camden graffiti walk
Oct 2021 • Family
Graffiti walk around Camden with the family was amazing, such talent. Being back in London after COVID was a little nerve racking but as long as you stay safe it seemed to be okay. Overall a lovely day out.

Amazing
Oct 2021 • Couples
Visited during our recent stay. The market was very busy as it was a saturday. A vast selection of food and drink stalls made the place smell amazing. We settled for churros and a Nutella crepe.
The market is full of various items for sale from clothes to antiques

Disappointed at the changes for the worse
Oct 2021
Oh what a shame! What have they done to Camden and the market? I've spent many an hour here soaking up the vibe and spending too much on artisan accessories, clothes and jewellery in the past so took my daughter this past weekend.

The high street is lined with tatty shops - the one we went in wouldn't accept cards and was selling vapes which are not legal in this country. When I said I preferred to pay by card because of Covid, he insisted that Covid was gone!

The food stalls are still great and we had a superb brunch in the Lost Elephant's Kitchen which I would highly recommend, and the vibe and live music were still uplifting but the shopping is very tired indeed. We were really disappointed and particularly missed the canalside stalls. The new building is a monstrosity - no idea what they were thinking. What a shame (as I said at the beginning).

Love this place

Had a good mooch around, especially in the old stables - so much to see. We were a little disappointed that the street market stall, (such as Inverness Street market), being considerably than on previous visits.

You must come here if you’re in London .

Brilliant food stalls, friendly vendors and great atmosphere! Yes the prices are generally on the higher side but it is London after all. Easy way to try many new things. Really recommend the guys at Meat Point, Highlander Game & Harvest Garden!

It's like visiting a magical secret maze of everything imaginable, gifts, clothes, you name it you can get it.
Street food for all tastes, amazing, just grab what you fancy and sit, anywhere there's space, lots of great restaurant choices also.

Amazing place
Sep 2021
Never been here ever, what a tremendous place this is, the many different areas make for a great walk around. We got lost 3 times and ended up back in the same place its many tunnels and passage ways have your head in pieces!

Unbelievable amount of food places to choose from, lots a free samples to entice you to buy, health food, indian, chinese, Thai, british, mexican, Greek and traditional fish n chips to name just a few.

All reasonably priced to compete, I went for the chinese chicken it was superb.

Loved the alleyway with the brollies overhead, no pushy sales people here they are happy for you to simply wonder.

Nice igloo pods to sit in and people watch (and there is plenty to watch) had out lunch in ours, the street is alive with people, there was also a shopping complex made entirely from shipping containers which was great.

Definitely visit here again when we are down and have more time.
