HMS Belfast makes for a fascinating visit IF you like ships. That might sound obvious, but there are some comments on here from people who obviously should have stayed on land. Let's get one thing straight: Belfast is a WW2-era light cruiser, not a swanky...More

We spent nearly three hours looking around. It was great fun with so much to look at. The stairs require you to face them due to them being necessarily so steep but it is all well lit and safe. We found it fascinating to see...More

I loved exploring HMS Belfast. Amazing ship and very informative. Great place to visit if you have an interest in history and WW2. The audio guides were really informative and gave personal accounts of what life was like on board during war time.

I went on a weekday. There wasn't any timings. A leisurely look around. Some people may take 1 hour some 3+hours.

I think not. On the deck of the ship it’s just fine. But all the good stuff are inside. In order to have access you have to use very very steep ladders. In some cases the hatches are so small that I could not pass carrying a... More
