Recently visited The Hammersmith Apollo for a concert. It is many years since I last have been here and this place loses none of its charm. The larger venues such as the O2 or Wembley just lack the intimacy that can be generated in this smaller auditorium. The acousics are great and it doesnt matter where you sit, the people... More

Came here to see Passenger in concert, sat in the circle. Seats are very tiered so could see stage quite easily. Drinks a bit pricey at £5 a pint but I suppose that is to be expected. Staff seemed friendly. Close to tube station. Good place for a concert.

I have been here several times, and always marvel at the decor, and comfortable seating. Plenty of bar space and friendly staff.

Nice venue and comfortable. We enjoyed the how big time. The only think I did not like was that the prices in the bard were not visible.

I can only echo the comments of others on this site. The security management was so poor that our evening was completely ruined by a few drunken louts. Clearly this is a venue that puts profit from the bars above customer safety. I cannot believe that a high profile venue like this cannot better manage a few drunks!

Took my child to see Melanie Martinez here, the venue was good and well controlled and the staff were very helpful when my asd child couldn't handle the lighting. The bar was easily accessible and the venue isn't too large. My child had an amazing time for her birthday and will definitely use this venue again. I found the audience... More

Visited for Roar with Laughter charity event for ZSL. Good night but the bar prices are ridiculous. Fosters lager is £5 a pint which for a music venue you would expect. However a Fosters top is £6. So replacing part of a pint of lager with a splash of lemonade costs £1 extra. Not the cost more the principle. No... More

I agree with all the comments that have been made so far. I paid a lot of money for the tickets & sitting up in the circle near all the trouble was terrifying we left well before the end i couldn't wait to leave. The staff were young & clearly not trained to deal with this situation maybe the events... More

There was so much noise and disturbance that it totally spoilt the whole show. My husband had always wanted to see Kenny Rogers and paid a lot of money for the tickets. We travelled from Manchester and stayed in a hotel. It was a very expensive treat that turned into a nightmare. The security were useless. The show should have... More

I can only agree with everything that has been posted on here so far. My wife and I were stood at the rear of the circle, okay not great tickets to begin with but neither of us were prepared for this. Unfortunately nothing Kenny Rogers said was audible which initially I put down to the distance between us and the... More
