Completely agree with the review Jason posted below. This was included in our London Pass but was still a waste of our time. The group we were put in was so big that we didn't all fit in the room for each "scene" and we were left standing in the dark hallway unable to see what the actors were doing.... More

There are no frills involved in this experience. I made an account on Trip Advisor just to warn people. It was a huge waste of money and time. It looks woefully understaffed when you get in there. Their "haunted path" was clearly missing individuals that perhaps, at one time, worked there. This attraction needs to be boarded-up and sign that... More

Its tucked away yet very close to main access. Was a really fun and entertaining experience. You learned a lot and experienced some quite tongue in cheek dramatisations of certain events. I wont give any details of the suprises but it was great fun and going by the numbers of screams coming from the ladies in our group, quite scary.... More

Just done this , busy Saturday afternoon so queued for about half hour. What a total waste of time and money. Poor set up . There was no atmosphere. One part , we had to stand there and sing London Bridge which nobody did enthusiastically . Why ? Was not explained. Overall it was the worst thing we've ever experienced... More

The location was very comfortable and easy to get to! I learnt such invaluable information about the history of London Bridge, it was explained very clearly. The actors were terrifyingly fantastic, I did not know what to expect around every corner I was so excited to see what would happen next. As the acting was so good, it would have... More

We wouldn't recommend you wasting your money or time at this tourist trap. They try to make a good portion of your visit as scary as possible. There is nothing scary inside. Loud noises, very dark rooms, goofy heads, occasional person jumping out at you, stuff hanging from the ceiling. Nope, this place is pretty lame. At the start of... More

Just outside the London bridge tube station and unset the bridge sits this little gem. Rather like the dungeons, this has some great actors offering the scares and a fun jaunt around the tombs under the Thames.

We went as a family of 4 (two adults and 12 & 15 year old girls). We did the first tour of the day at 10.30am as it's slightly cheaper and less busy. It was historical enough for us without being a history lesson. We were guided through the underground exhibition by guides in character and period clothes. It was... More

I had this bought for me as a Christmas present, I loved all the information we got about the history of London bridge and the actors were hilarious! The 'tombs' were quite scary. The only thing I wish we could have done is go through the tombs a bit slower, you are told at the start of the tombs you... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighbourhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighbourhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
