A 60-meter-high rotation over Liverpool, its waterfront and the River Mersey. Pick the right day (or evening) and there are some glorious views to be had over the city and out toward the Irish Sea from its pods.

While you are at the Albert Dock, stroll over the bridge and have a ride on the ferris wheel. Up you will go and around about 3 or 4 times. Sit looking out at the river on one revolution and then sit looking out at...More

My wife and I visited Liverpool for the first (but not last) time May 25-June 1, 2017, because I was registered for the Liverpool Marathon (I finished!) and I'm a Beatlemaniac. We rode the wheel on May 26. It was well worth the price.

At £10 a go its worth the money for the fantastic views of the city, the Mersey and The Wirral, you can see for miles. Situated at The Albert Dock just opposite the Beatles experience.

Loved this attraction. Went around a couple times. Managed to catch the sun setting. Which I highly recommend. You can get a photo taken to purchase after the ride.

Is it cheaper to book in advance online than it is to pay at the booth on the day?

It's no cheaper on line for tickets. Also, there are never any massive queues like for the London Eye for example. Also, if want to make the best of it you need to have good weather. So keep it flexible for yourself.
