Abercromby Square is a square in the University district of Liverpool, named in honour of General Sir Ralph Abercromby, Commander of the British Army in Egypt who died from injuries sustained in The Battle Of Alexandria in 1801 .
It a pretty square ,beautiful architecture on all sides ,its bordered by Oxford Street and Cambridge Street.
Besides the lovely architecture here there's also a great statue to Noel Chavasse and a pretty little park,my twin brother Stephen and I headed through the park and past the statue on the way to The Cambridge Pub, took a few photos of the park, statue and architecture to be found on Abercromby Square.
Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
