Bransby Horses is one of the UK’s largest equine welfare charities in the UK, completely funded by the generosity of public donations.

We are dedicated to improving the lives of horses, ponies, donkeys and mules since we were established in 1968.

We have rescued, rehabilitated, re-homed or retired thousands of equines and we are working harder than ever to continue making a positive difference to equines wherever and whenever we can.

Between our two sites in Lincolnshire and Herefordshire we have over 400 animals currently in our care, which keeps us constantly busy.

Bransby Horses Visitor Centre near Lincoln is open to the public. A great day out for all the family with plenty to see and do.

Good cafe on site. Good for children to look at horses. Chose a day when they are having a special open day!

Given it's free it's ideal for parents with children or if you just have an interest in horses generally.... More

Some great walks around the paddocks, long and short, plus the cafe is really good. Good education centre for the kids. Well spaced out, even when busy in summer it doesn't feel really busy

I have visited Bransby several times and never fail to be impressed. The staff work so hard and the horses have the wonderful life they deserve. Entry is free with good parking. There appears to be good access and facilities for the disabled. My only complaint would be the cafe. The cakes looked lovely however the service not so. The... More
