Interesting old building next to the Cathedral. Able to go inside. If you fancy a coffee, there is an adjoining Coffee shop or you could try The Peace Cafe in Guildhall Lane.

Small, but perfectly formed. We came across this by accident after visiting the Cathedral. Simple boards explaining the period and what you're looking at, all very interesting and well worth a visit which is FREE.

Walked past so many times but crazy given that it is free to enter. Doesn't take that long to go round but well preserved and a great step back in time to see how the place was.

The old hall has a lovely fireplace which warms the room in winter when various events take place. i went to a poetry reading there and it was good fun. the exhibits are well presented and informative.

Free entry to this amazing old building. It manages to pack a lot of interest in the buildings around an attractive square invluding some museum display cases an old prison and even a local singer.
