The place is clean but for the price i would not rush back. Some staff seemed bored and un interested, especially on the reception. He was reading a book by the Sun as we left. I didn't like being forced into a photo shoot on my way in either. The sharks are impressive though.

Not as spectacular as the London branch, but a lot better than Birmingham's. Very good in it's own right. The whole place was quite empty probably because we went at off-peak hours. Gave us ample time to explore the place to our hearts content 😊 I think the Sea Life Centre is a must vist place for all holiday makers... More

Lots of info available and plenty of staff stood round offering extra info and answering questions. The whole place was very clean and well kept. It is pricey but its worth it and i bet it costs a lot in upkeep. We took a 4 year old and managed to keep her interested for an hour. Then she rushed us... More

We go here every year, as it's so amazing to be able to see all the sea creatures up close. Large variety ranging from starfish, to clownfish, jellyfish, turtles and sharks! There are penguins too. There is lots of information available there about all the creatures they have, and you can sit in on talks about the sharks (they also... More

It was getting to the end of the day when we went round. Got the feeling we were the only people looking round. Staff were very informative about the sharks. Signs to exit the building need to be clearer.

I've been to Birmingham and Manchester sea life centres, and feel this is one of the best, there's so much to do and there is an abundance of information and what they do to help protect the wildlife, the staff are really knowledgeable,

I haven't been to the Sea Life Centre in years so my partner and I thought whilst we were in Blackpool we might as well go in and see. It was nice and quiet, and I didn't feel rushed. It's done out lovely now and very easy to walk around. There was something quite calming and peaceful about watching all... More

It can be expensive but it cost a lot to run and I think it is worth it, even better if you get the big ticket you save loads. This was a very last visit for a friend who will not be with us for much longer, this was on their bucket list, it had to be this one because... More

We visited the sea life centre with our young children. They loved it! They loved collecting the stamps at each station and watching the string rays be fed. The play area was quite small and run down and there was no coffee shop. The shop is nice but quite expensive. Overall was a great day out.

Visited on a Sunday morning over half term. No queues on arrival and overall it wasn't too busy. Good range of exhibits, from the hands on seashore section to the ubiquitous shark tunnel. A couple of the exhibits, including the resident squid and guitar fish were quite unusual. Only negative was the price as we paid "list price" on the... More
