We have been before prior to having kids and enjoyed it. We visited this time with our two little ones who whilst small enjoyed the zoo immensely. As discussed us adults. Perhaps not the biggest zoo but they do it well and it's a great place to spend a day especially if it's nice weather.

This small zoo kept us busy for the whole day! With lovely weather, we spent the day strolling around the park admiring the animals here and even enjoying some feeding shows. The sea lion show was definitely worth a watch. The zoo was buzzing with people and the food was tasty!

After not visiting for many years, we decided to take advantage of march madness and take our two year old grand daughter and my wife's parents. Got there at twelve to find the car park was full, so had to unload the car and park at the village and walk back. Once inside which was a smooth process we noticed... More

Visited here with my family and we have been here hundreds of times but it's such a lovely atmosphere, the animals look happy and the whole zoo feels relaxed . It's not a huge zoo or large either for me it's perfect - go on a sunny day take a picnic and stay all day learning about animals , something... More

We go every other Sunday as we are members, it is fantastic for the kids as you can let them run wild without having to worry about them, would recommend to anyone, the animals are looked after well and the place is spotless, only problem is seagulls swooping down and stealing food out of your hand, maybe they should let... First trip to Blackpool Zoo. A very enjoyable day with my 2 year old granddaughter, very clean and we loved the walkways that enable great access to the animals. Very impressed with the sea lions. A lovely day out for all the family, will definitely be back.

Brilliant time here as always absolutely love it here we come around 3 times a year , love the petting farm area and the parks, very up close and personal to the animals and a brilliant sea lion show :)! Only thing that got me was there was only 1 elephant who looked bored and lonely inside a small indoor... More

The online booking system worked well. We had also ordered the souvenir guide but the scannable bar code didn't work. The staff rechecked that we had pre ordered the guide and gave it to us with no problems. All the animals looked well looked after. The sea lion show was very good. The food/drink outlets around the zoo were not... More

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify - we do close the Lake View Cafe and small kiosks during the winter for maintenance and cleaning etc while we have fewer visitors. However, they are now open again until next winter. More
