A unique exhibition based on optical illusion. Witness balls rolling uphill in the antigravity room, visibly grow and shrink in the Ames room and be amazed by our interactive optical illusion exhibits, artwork and sculptures, as well as the hologram gallery!

You'll have to look out for the entrance as it's upstairs, but once inside you will find loads of illusions & puzzles. Good fun for adults & children alike. A great way to spend a couple of hours, especially on a wet day

The Puzzling place is a little run down and tired but it was okay for a quick visit and some of the interactive will be interesting for kids.

This place definitely worth a visit on a wet day. Some of the experiences just blow your mind. The best by far is the room where if you stand at one end you look tiny and the other you look large. Watch your partner walk...More

We had a lot of fun for about an hour, all indoors and interactive so definitely a good way to spend some time if the weather isn’t so good. Lots of exhibits benefit from a partner so probably not ideal if you’re visiting alone. Overall...More

We paid £3.75 per adult. Not sure on opening times but I think it was something like 10-4/5 in Winter.
