A lovely place to walk or run around, or simply sit and watch the world go by. I like laps of the lake, or sitting on my favourite bench with my book. Parking is tight at busy times, but I usually walk here so I...More

Our lives currently centre around exhausting our toddler out at safe places so it's easy to give this park 5/5. The lake was fun to run around, the ducks were fascinating and the few pieces of play equipment enough for him, especially the dragon carved...More

It's a great place for a first date, we go back every year. It rained on the first visit but there is a little shelter under the caffe so that didn't spoil our day, the next year we hired a row boat to go round...More

Clean and great views. Nice cafe. What more could you want! The place is on a hill so not ideal if you cannot handle steep hills. But otherwise they have pedal boars to rent and row boats. Great place to walk the dog.

A beautiful park and lake. Well maintained and boating on the lake in the summer. Great for a picnic or there's a cafe for lunches or ice-creams. Plenty of benches and walks.
