We booked through Travelzoo, and the offer was for only one morning trip and one afternoon trip only on certain days. We wanted to go out of the school holidays and ride a steam train one way and a diesel the other, but owing to...More

I booked a table for four for afternoon tea. The tea comes in a wicker basket containing sandwiches, sausage rolls and cakes. The scones, jam and clotted cream are brought to the table separately. The lovely waitresses continually fill your tea cup. The food was...More

The experience started the moment we arrived, with the actors setting the scene in the station. Then - a murder! We moved onto the train and sat in set seats. We were put into teams of six, with our neighbouring table, and given background information...More
