Thank you Jon for a brilliant 2 days. I would highly recommend coming on your course and really pleased we did the whole weekend as we made some wonderful creations. I had so much fun, getting splattered with clay, making unusual shaped pots and eating a delicious lunch. The individual attention was great and the pace of learning was perfect.... More

Big hugs to you too Ruth! It was a lovely weekend for sure - a smaller group than normal, small but perfectly formed :) we'll be in touch soon with news of your glazed masterpieces. I love the fact that you'll always have the fired pots to remind you of your mother/daughter time spent in Herefordshire...and if you ever fancied... More

Eastnor Pottery is set in a beautiful rural location. We enjoyed learning about clay and understanding the techniques to create our lovely product. Staff were amazing and we look forward to another workshop in the future. Thank you all.

I think we enjoyed your little session probably as much as you did Opienella. Your 'his & hers' pots looked amazing and we look forward to seeing you again when you visit to collect your pottery keepsakes - What are you going to do next year for 'tin'? More

We had a really enjoyable morning and while my daughter made a coil pot with her mum, I had a go at using the potters wheel. Jack, our teacher, was very knowledgable and friendly and I'll certainly be recommending it to our family and friends. Thanks a lot and hopefully see you again!

Went me and 4 kids aged 18-6. We all chose our own item, younger ones making a pinch pot and painting it and me and eldest on the potters wheel. Absolutely loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely go again soon.

For my birthday I was treated to a pottery lesson, I can't recommend this place highly enough! Such kind, friendly staff. Ethan in particular was incredibly patient and professional, he really went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. Good for all ages and occasions.

Really great place to be taught how to throw a pot. Then paint it. We were also able to stay and have our picnic in the grounds in their pretty marquee.

From the first point of making a call and speaking to Jon the whole experience of my family visit was perfect. My family wanted to make the pottery daffodils to mark as a memento to the passing of our dearly beloved Mum and Grandmother. She loved the small daffodils on May Hill. Jon arranged for my family, three nieces all... More

So pleased you managed to get the daffs to the gang before they departed for sunnier climes and thank you for your kind words too. A lovely project with the perfect outcome. Hope to welcome you and your family back to Eastnor Pottery at some point in the future. More

My sister and I have just spent the last 2 days having an absolutely fantastic time at Eastnor Pottery on a Potter's wheel workshop; a wonderful birthday gift from my son. Day one was spent throwing as many pots as we could muster and day two was spent turning and painting our selected items. Throughout the two days we had... More

Hey, thanks Jo for taking the time to review your couple of days clay throwing - in your case quite literally across the studio! ;) no idea what you were doing???? Pah! My Sister and I were given a voucher for a two day Potters Wheel Workshop for our birthdays. I was nervous at first, but Jon, Ethan & Jack made us feel welcome and so relaxed, and were great tutors. Thanks Su - it sure was a good couple of days, even if we all had to take cover on occasions to avoid flying clay spiraling from your sister's direction ;) The pots look smashing and will look a real treat once they have been fired and glazed. See you soon! More
