Very pleasant day out and a nice play area for the younger ones. The walled garden (free entry) is good too.

The Circular Walk pathway is quite steep and uneven in places (so watch out for protruding tree roots) but from this vantage point there are lovely views of the River Wye. When we visited, the woodland floor was carpeted with flowering cyclamen. The restored walled...More

We visited the weir gardens today and had a great time. The gardens looked lovely and the afternoon tea by the river was delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walled gardens were beautiful. I Will definitely visit again soon.

I have wanted to visit The Weir Garden for sometime and was not disappointed. It is not the normal National Trust site as there is no stately home or ruins. However, the garden borders the river Wye. The paths are high above the river so...More
