sorry to say found this to be a little bit of a waste of time, walk by any river bank you can find near to your home address, to save the trip

The walled garden with it’s flowers and vegetables, and glass houses is delightful; enjoy a pleasant stroll along the pathways. The added bonus to this National Trust location is the walk along the banks of the River Wye and when you’ve done enough walking relax...More

We visited the weir gardens today and had a great time. The gardens looked lovely and the afternoon tea by the river was delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walled gardens were beautiful. I Will definitely visit again soon.

I have wanted to visit The Weir Garden for sometime and was not disappointed. It is not the normal National Trust site as there is no stately home or ruins. However, the garden borders the river Wye. The paths are high above the river so...More

Located only a few miles to the West of Hereford, the Weir is a must for National Trust members. Located next to the river you will learn that there is actually no weir as it was removed over 300 years ago to make the river...More

We went here because of the name ,a garden. It wasn’t what we expected as there is a walled garden but most of the ‘garden’ is a walk alongside the river Wye with lower and upper paths. Once you have gone half way there seemed...More
