Travelling by car this delightful place is not too difficult to find, just keep your eyes peeled for the small signs or use sat Nav. I was not sure whether to visit this as I have seen mills before. However, it is a pretty setting and it does not disappoint. If you have never seen a working mill before do... More

Really enjoyed the unique experience here and it's fascinating to look around as the mill is in action. Plus it's laid out like a mini-museum so there is stuff to see and do for the younger of us. Very interesting and well worth the visit!

Note free car park on side nearest hill / nr. Cemetery. Please do not park in residential roads and upset the residents as is is not... More

One of the only tide mills is Uk Southamptons double tides enable this venus to work extra time. The small museum is informative and it is great to watch when the mill is working.

There is a rare old toll bridge over the river which is free for residents but costs a pound to use and its manned during the day! Take care of the posts as wide vehicles will find it quite a squeeze. Once over you can visit the church and gain access to a walk along the river via a play... More

We went here last year and were disappointed to find that there is very little to see to be honest. Sounds great on paper but a big let down otherwise. Even the café over the road is a let down. Not sure why they bother???
