A lovely small natural history museum. Not as much to see as I thought there would be, but well worth popping in if you are passing by.

We had a look in after a walk along the front, I just wanted to see what it looked like after the refit. This is a great place to take the kids, some hands on bits, lots to learn and get close to the butterflies....More

Took our 5 year old grandson. He was fascinated by the exhibits. He especially liked looking through the microscopes. Great FREE visit.

This is a small museum with a variety of natural history displays including a live bee hive. Unfortunately, the butterfly house is not yet open. It takes about 30 minutes to get around and is free.

This is not like any museum to be honest it's a house with certain interests, bugs, bees, flowers, dinosaurs, a-z animals. You get in for FREE so maybe if you have time but it's not something important.

This is a cute little museum in an excellent location if you have young children. It's right next to the Canoe Lake and its environs, so very easy to access as part of a wider day out on the pedalos etc. It's a freebie, so...More
