The weather was blustery but thoroughly enjoyed the walk. Don't expect any cafes or tea shops. It is what it claims to a nature reserve. Coastal plants and wildlife in abundance September is a lovely time to visit.

Despite the overcast weather we found this is a lovely place to visit. There are plenty of hides to get out of the wind and to birdwatch. There is also a good range of options for walks of varying distances. I would certainly return.

This is a wonderfully unspoiled area but will be ruined by an oversized new building which is planned.
