I can guarantee you will not be disappointed visiting this beautiful place. There are several walks (quite hilly) so not really appropriate for folk with mobility issues. The scenery is breathtaking. They even have cattle grazing on the heathland with huge horns. The beach is approachable from the cliffs yet is can be a bit hazardous as there are frequent landslides. You should really get... Lots of great walks through the Hastings Country Park, including from Ore down into Hastings. Beautiful bluebells and coastal scenery.

Such Beautiful views and a very enjoyable walk. Some places steep. The walk offers different starting points. The gorgeous St. Andrews church is worth a look and the tea rooms offer a selection of goodies

This is very much a hidden gem. Head east out of town, and you very quickly find the terrain changes from rolling grounds to very steep and adventurous. Not recommended if you have knee problems, but well worth a couple of hour's exploration.

I love the country park and have been visiting it for many years. I have taken 1 point off as they have introduced a parking charge and destroyed the beautiful gorse bushes at the Fairlight end. I understand they did this to get a grant and Natural England insisted. Supposedly to make it more "natural", but not sure what could... More

This used to be a top reason to visit the area, but the authorities, with a very high handed "we know best" attitude, have committed ecological vandalism and have totally ruined it by ploughing up vast areas of vegetation. They are now threatening a new "Visitor Centre" which will be available for wedding receptions, alcohol, loud music etc. What a... More

It was a great experience to go there. The walks and signs are very good. There are lots of stairs but you are rewarded with breath taking views of the sea. The walk goes on and goes on. The point at where you can see the cliff(similar to seven sister) is really the highlight. Beautiful yellow flowers are every where.... More

We always visit the top end of the country park in fairlight during the summer for a good BBQ with all the family. There are BBQ provided, benches and parking and toilet facilities nearby. You have to get there early otherwise the spaces are gone. The area is beautiful and the BBQ space leads on to nature trails you can... More
