Perfect any weather for a contemplative experience, alone or as a group. Cafe halfway is super friendly. Halfway I mean Brighton Marina to Rottingdean. Walk or use the Life Bikes. Usually easy with the wind behind you. The other way allow double the time.

The undercliff path provides the perfect place to walk or cycle from the Marina to Saltdean and enjoy the sea from behind the wall

Just walk between Brighton Marina and Saltdesn - or any points between ie Rottingdean or Ovingdean, and there is a lovely undercliff walk

The walk is nice. It's good to take a stroll with other people. You will encounter dogs, runners, walkers, and cyclist. It's a long path with entrances to down to the water.

We went on a very hot day and this was not a good idea because there is no shade to be had, it is a good flat walk for the cooler weather.

Shame about having to pass the Marina, but once you have got passed, this part of the sea front is a really special way to feel close to the sea. We went on a crisp, sunny autumnal day and watched, even felt, the splashes of...More

Hello. I am guessing that the kiosk you are referring to is the small cafe located at the foot of the cliffs at Ovingdean Gap. The only information I can give you is that the cafe is open at weekends during the winter months... More
