I love beach walking and Brighton offers a wide promenade parallel with the seafront. There is a lot to see at Brighton Beach if you like the colour and chaos that comes from a tourist drawcard. There is, of course, the historic pier featuring an amusement centre, the pebbles (!?!), water sports, fishing museum, food vans, souvenir shops, sporting facilities... More

Home to the Brighton pier and several shops and small restaurants lining the coastline, this beach is home to some really soft pebbles and very many sea gulls. I was amazed at how big and round the pebbles were that dotted the beach. It is clean and offers a variety of culinary options across the stretch.

I come here a lot and love it. Brighton in my opinion is an amazing city. It's clean and has plenty of places to eat and drink. Great for people watching. If the weather is good it will have plenty of people there. Parking is expensive, around £25 for the day.

If you come to Brighton take some time to visit the beach, the beach has pebbles but it is good fun to wonder around. When you are hungry there is a marvellous fish restaurant on the pier which has an old world charm all of its very own.
