Living in Eastbourne Alfriston and this pretty church are always on the list when we have visitors. Set on a pretty village green immaculately kept and the church in a traditional churchyard - quintessentially English. Inside the church there are the usual artefacts and memorials....More

A smallish but unique church given it's age and location in a wonderful setting behind the main road on a large village green.

A pretty church with lovely stained glass. Not too far from a walk along the river or visit the Clergy house next door. Nice little coffee bar right in the vicinity.

This church is so well looked after and such a beautiful location on a hill. Some lovely old historical graves and such a peaceful feel just sitting on the benches. One of the most beautiful churches we visited on our whole trip.

Beautiful and peaceful place. I'm also one to visit graveyards and this one was pretty special. Not meaning to sound off or morose with that but a really special setting.

One of the loveliest churches I have ever visited with breathtaking acoustics It's one of only 17 churches in the entire country that has the bell ringers in the midst of the congregation This is well worth a visit
