The trip from Swanage to Corfe Castle tajes about 20 minuets. The railway is run mainly by volunteers who are very friendly and will to chat about their hobby

Although not a cheap trip on a train it was worth every penny. The whistle toot and steam to boot made is feel very special. Staff were extremely helpful and clearly loved their jobs.

The journey from Swanage to Corfe Castle is 22 minutes approx. each way. Corfe Castle (the Castle itself ) is a National Trust owned property see their website for details.There is an admission charge though entry is free to... More

Yes your Mum can stay on the train for the entire round trip. There is no need to get off at Norden (the Northern Terminus). Regards David
