Very interesting place to visit, not many attractions open at this time of year. A good café to partake in a cuppa and cake.

Small oceanarium which costs around £10 (although you can go in and out). Narrow spaces which is awkward for pushchairs (which there are a lot to of). Good underwater tunnel but only takes about one hour to look around.

We visited mid week during term time and were surprised how busy it was. There was plenty of tanks with all kinds of fish large and small. The tunnel gave a great sense of entering the fishes environment. Our daughter loved the large turtles which were better viewed adjacent to the tunnel. We pre-booked our tickets in advance which gave... More

One of the few indoor attractions open in Bournemouth on a cold March day. It was surprisingly good, not quite up to the standard of Sea Life Centres but at an entry price of £12.50 per adult it provided entertainment for almost a hour.

Visited with a 14 year old, slightly dubious that she would be bored. On the contrary, the ladies that did the feed and chat at the otters and turtles were so engaging and knowledgeable that my daughter was fascinated. You can pop in and out all day, which is perfect to coincide with a sunny visit to the lower gardens... More

I visited with my daughter and granddaughter who had been before. I had not thought that I would enjoy myself but did! It was well set out and had enough for all of us to view and be amazed.

My son who was with his family and our friends became a little bored with shops and endless stops for coffee. My husband took him to view the sea life. What a surprise the inside was quite large with penguins, sharks, crocodiles and many more aquatic animals. Also get a stamp on the hand and can return during your day

Lovely place to visit for half a day or so. It's quite small but it's got some great animals including otters, turtles and penguins. All of them seem well cared for and happy enough. We really enjoy going here and spend around four hours most visits.
