Too expensive and catered for the yuppie hipster fashionable brigade Food good but overpriced... due mainly to its waterside location

I was shown to this absolutely stunning repurposed naval yard by my local friends. It hosts beautiful architecture and stunning views. Lovely harbor ships can be seen along this ocean front walk. Take your time to soak in this view and have a bite to eat at one of the many lush eateries.

Nice interesting place. Parking awful. £5 for 2 hours 10 minutes. Very few disabled spaces. Need to pay full price. Sorry prince William yard, you need to get your parking sorted.

I love it around here, plenty of eating houses, so much choice. Nice walks around, offering a small market with local produce once a month, other activities take place you just need to keep an eye on the schedule. Good value for money. Reasonable parking cost.

Stayed in a two bed apartment overlooking the estuary, a beautiful spot and good facilities with a variety of restaurants, wine bars and a bakery. Fabulous view points and some good short walks. Useful to have a car as a good location for traveling into Cornwall or exploring Devon. Although good ferry service to Plymouth and Cremyll plus a bus... More

Since the Royal Navy left the old victualling yard and the developers moved in much has been achieved and it is now worth a visit. The area consists of bars and eateries mixed with private accommodation. There are numerous eating houses which cover all tastes. Accessible by car, bus, foot or even by ferryboat from Plymouths Barbican, this option is... More

Royal Williams Yard is a great place for a lovely meal and a short walk by the water. No crowds no noise, just the sea and these old buildings. If you are staying there overnight, for a great day trip board the ferry to Cremyll (10 minutes) and walk along the coastal path to Kingsand, after passing through the Edgecumbe... More

Ive been here a few times and really enjoy the fell of the place. Regular food markets, nice bars and restaurants and in a historical part of Plymouth. You get a nice feel here especially on a summers evening when it's buzzing with people
