Attended today for the 10am performance. Cinemea was half empty so we upgraded ourselves to VIP for free. Dropped a start because there was a problem with the projector which meant the film was 15 mins late starting. I had to find somebody to find this out, would have been better if they had let us know

No matter how good the film and comfortable the seats other factors count! We had our tickets, at the top of the stairs was a long queue :nobody seemed to know why? We were afraid we'd be late so I went to ask a member of staff who told us we COULD go in; then another queue for popcorn! Only... More

Yet again vue never ceases to amaze me on how incompetent they can be. After a massive mess up in December, taking my money but booking no tickets (online website) I was eventually given three complementary tickets for the inconvenience caused. It's taken me 4/5 months to finally return and try and use the tickets I was given. Along with... More

I remember when 4K first come out, the screens were super sharp. The last 3 films I watched there have all been in a soft focus and it and had lots of chromatic aberration. The prices there are a lot of money for what seems to be a slightly run down appearance. Quite often there are rattly speakers when the... More

Absolutely love Seniors screenings on Thursdays. Excellent value for money a selected film is shown at 1pm for £4 with a free coffee or tea and biscuits. The films are usually very recent screenings and a list of upcoming films is available on the Vue website. If you want to book tickets online you can book a seat for an... More

We went to visit Vue Plymouth as our family have been looking forward very much so to the release of the new live-action Beauty & The Beast & wanted to see it somewhere different then where we normally go (White River Cinema). As we had never been to this cinema before it all looked very exciting for everyone when we... More

Went to watch 'Fifty shades darker' with my friend. We parked at the well laid out and clean and tidy car park. Once parked DO NOT leave the sight for even a minute as you could be fined. Also the parking limit is 4 hours. If car park is full, don't chance it and park illegally, again you could be... More

Loads of parking, plenty of restaurants to have a bite to eat. I found the cinema very clean and tidy. There was a little bit of chaos upstairs while queuing to get in to the screen as the design of the place just didn't make sense. The cinema is as you would expect from the big chains.

Me, my wide and 4yr old boy went to see Mojana and for all.3 of us with a ticket and snack, cost us £35. Very expensive for a movie. It was his 1st time and the staff were great with him. The food and drink prices were off-putting so we will take our own treats next time. However, the seafs... More
