It is a lovely spot. The pub inside seemed a bit tired but the outside is right by the river and some nice beers on offer for a much needed walking pit stop. Didn’t order any food though but it was busy enough!

Beautiful location on the riverside - sat outside on wooden tables. Food was fine but nothing special. Also thought prices were a little higher but that’s due to the location. Very busy at weekends so enjoy the walk and come back for a drink and...More

What a lovely setting. At the end of a single track road with plenty of parking. The inn is right on the river. The portions of food were big and not overpriced. It was very clean and tidy and all the staff were welcoming. Surrounding...More

We were told about this place, so came to check it out. The surroundings are exquisite with the river running by and plenty of outdoor seating. The food was good. The inside decor could do with an update, but on a lovely day, who wants...More

It really is hard to beat the location of this place. Walk along the Teign river, over the old stone bridge and into this pub and the landlord's job should be easy. On a busy Sunday, we were lucky to find a table in the...More

First time to Dartmoor and I found this stunning inn in the most amazing setting! Super feel as you walk in and riverside views along with plenty of paths to walk. Can't wait to go back!
