We've been members here for years and the gardens never disappoint. It's a very professional set up with loads for kids to do inside and out. Restaurant is brilliant too with hot tasty good value food and caters well for children. Staff very friendly and obliging. Great attitude and atmosphere. Amazing value if a regular returner on annual membership. Ideal... More

Lovely day out with my one year old grandson. Beautiful gardens to walk in and enjoy. The soft play was great with plenty to do. There are plenty of toilets and baby change facilities, what a good idea to have some in the outdoor play area. The food in the cafe was great and had a lovely hot meal for... More

We've been going to Bicton for the last 7 years and it's about time we made comment on Bicton! We have 3 children and have been bringing them since they were babies, in that time we have found their staff to be helpful, friendly and warm. Today however they have out done themselves, firstly the teenager that was hovering up... More

Went on a coach trip on a cold damp morning, plenty to see though and the museum is very interesting. The train ride was the best bit and the driver was a lovely man. The trees were magnificent in their autumn colours.

This is a good day out for any age. Children have good play areas, there are wonderful woodland walks and more formal gardens, glasshouses with different climates, and the museum of country life is a treasure house of the past. This also has beautifully restored cars and motorbikes. The food offerings are excellent value and copious. We did not try... More

OK for people with children and dog friendly. However they only knock £1 full admission price for a registered Carer/enabler with a Devon Carer's card, pushing a wheelchair and assisting a disabled person. This means disabled people have to pay nearly twice as much to get in as many are unable to visit without assistance. Most places charge disabled one... More
