Went out today Fri 18/5 with James and his son, was a great experience, he was very understanding with us taking our 2 small grandchildren, plus my wife’s uncertainty about going. Thank you James you made a great experience that much better.

My family had a great time on this trip. The fish weren’t biting but they did find lots of interesting things in the lobster pots including a baby shark. We will be booking another trip on our next visit to Cornwall.

Great experience for me and my sons. Would highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting St Mawes. James is very friendly, helpful and fortunately very good at finding fish.

We did not go in a fishing trip. So this review is only about St Mawes. Very hilly but attractive area. A car is a necessity. We stayed in St Mawes in a rented house. Local shops and post office sufficient for tourist needs for...More

James has been our skipper on two separate occasions and always makes sure that the trip is very enjoyable. Both groups that I took loved being out on the water, and were made to feel very safe and comfortable by the skipper. We caught a...More
