Turned up to watch the CLF, place stank and got started on. Certainly looked to be a locals pub from the look of the clientele. Plenty of nicer pubs in St Ives to attend.

What can I say another trip to St Ives and another few fab nights in the ferrets. Location great. Bar staff great. Prices great. People great. Sky\BT sports. Pool table. Best juke box ever. Busy, LOUD and FUN.

Once we found it, the Three Ferrets has become our 'local' on our regular overnight stays in St Ives. A proper pub with very good beer, good prices, friendly folks and excellent service - we always feel warm, welcome and relaxed in there. Can be...More

Visited the Three Ferrets with my wife for the first time on Monday evening (after leaving the terrible 'Hain Line' around the corner.) Met some great locals and had a great night. Will def. be visiting again. Highly recommended pub!

As a band The Ferrets isn't one you'd think of as a gigging pub but we played there a few weeks back and the place was buzzing even for a Tuesday night, full of character and amazing people, Ignore the bad press it gets because...More

It's good to know that if you wander around long enough you can still find pubs that haven't turned into gastro chain pubs that all look the same. Proper pub still with character & characters and a juke box.

Great boozer, there is a lot of top class pearls in there. A must visit if in St Ives. And you must try the drip tray and blackcurrant.
