I had a fabulous day with Brian & Mary, very informative but kept informal so that everyone felt at ease. I learnt so much and will definitely make more of an effort to 'cook from scratch' and use fresh ingredients. Would DEFINETELY recommend.

Brian and Mary, put together a great event for us and was enjoyed by all in the team. The classes in the kitchen were friendly and informative and by some fluke by all our novice cooks made some great tasting food. Thanks Brian and Mary!

I have now attended two of the courses, the meat course and a bread course and can't speak highly enough of Harthill Cookery School. Both courses were highly informative and at the same time great fun. Brian and Mary are amazing hosts.
