Friendly service but pretty meagre food on offer. Also, the night we went it seemed that a lot of the food was not in stock or a change to which curry you could have. Food was not plentiful but maybe we were feeling greedy ha!...More

After an afternoon matinee at The Hippodrome, we were the only two who went into the Piano Bar for a coffee (others joined us before we left). Not surprising we had very good service. The coffee was good and the environment was relaxing.

Pleasant surroundings before the crowds. The staff are very professional and pleasant. Price of drinks are a rip off at show times and you can see their special offers behind the drink menu. Let downs, the pianist looks bored and actually made mistakes, why not...More

Treated ourselves to a family meal after watching the panto. Shown to our table no problem. Waiter VERY shaky ( either very nervous/very hungover from Christmas Day?!) and took our drinks order before we saw the food menu. Had a package with 2 courses so...More

Had a nice big table. Very cold in winter. Actors were nice and kept role well. They tried to steer the story and maintain interest. I don’t think they could have done a better job. The venue and food were the let down. Drinks were...More
