Really nice day out

Really enjoyed a day out with the children here. We had fun with Easter games on top of the usual animals and attractions. Plenty to keep toddlers entertained.

Avon Valley is always a fantastic day out, and is getting better and better. We visited with family and the balance of things to see against play places is spot on. The food is good and the coffee excellent; Doug and his team have done a great job in refreshing, updating and developing the park! Best of all, the kids... More

This is always a good day ! I have a 12 and 6 year old and it suits them both . You can go to and from the car all day, and can take a picnic or buy food there . There's a train and tractor ride and a large wooden adventure playground . Inside there's a play centre for... More

I spent an afternoon at Avon Valley Park today and I paid 37.00 for myself and my two children. The place it's self is ok. No where near worth the amount of money to go in. At lunchtime we decided to go into the soft play area, as this is where my children where, my youngest being 4. I bought... More

Went for a family get together (had a small reception in one of the party rooms). This was ok. The outdoor activities are ok for kids under 10. The tree climb apparatus good and adults can negotiate them easily enough. Indoor play good fun for the kids. I gave the park a 3 because it was just lacking a little... More

Turned up on Thursday 6th April, a beautiful day, for a day of fun. Unfortunately after we had paid to get in it went down hill. Our grandkids wanted to start with the riverside walk because it has a quiz trail and things to climb on, off we went to the river to find a closed gate with a sign... More

This is the best attraction of this type I visited yet (and I've been to a few!). Well laid out, lots for kids of all ages to do, sweet animals, picnic spots galore and lots of extras (train/tractor rides etc). Not over priced to get in on drinks/ice creams etc. A great day out, just wished we lived closer so... More

Visited on Sunday 26th March, Mothers' Day, with 5 adults and 4 children aged from 1 year old to 14 on a lovely sunny day. The trip began with the very pleasant surprise that mothers got in for only £1 each! What a kind gesture by management. And the day was a huge success for everyone throughout. There was more... Went around a year ago and loved it so thought we'd come back again for a second time. Big mistake as half the animals were gone and the picnic field, boating lake and riverside walk all shut off. Food also poor as ordered two portions of chips, both were put on the same plate and wouldn't have even called it... More

Found it bit overpriced as no family ticket available and dont really understand why adults are paying so much to stand and watch..kids enjoy it here but £31 family ticket can get you into puxton park.If weathers bad your paying almost 40 quid to go in a play center.
