Went to the gardens as part of a tour so I don't know what it costs, however, whatever the cost this is a must do excursion. The gardens are amazing, they are a must do.

yes plenty of parking for cars, buses, motorhomes etc

You can take a city bus or a taxi. A lot of the buses stop there and it’s about a 30 minute trip from Downtown Victoria. Same for a cab it’s just a bit more expensive.
