It was about a two hour round trip. There are no tricky parts or really steep elevation changes. The falls are beautiful. There were other people there, but the area didn't look trampled. It was a really nice visit.

Great hike for all of the family. Our 81 year old mom did the hike with us. Will do this again and then maybe go all the way to the lake.

I would recommend this hike for everyone since it is a modest elevation gain and the total walking distance is not too long. Most of the hike has pleasant scenery with several lake views.

Trip to the falls is a nice hike but to really get a spectacular view, head up to the Bertha Lake. It is a relatively steep hike uphill but additional views of the waterfall come into play as you traverse the terrain up to the...More

Good, relatively easy hike. The majority of the path was relatively level with a few steep sections. On our way back down there was a grizzly bear in the middle of the trail so carry bear spray/an air horn! Waterfall is worth the hike, also...More
