I rented 2 snowmobiles and all needed gear for our family of four for 24 hour package. I signed the papers. Great intro. Nice service. I tried my luck and asked the great guy serving us how strict is the 24 hours of our rental time. He said that we can return the snowmobiles 24+8 hours after we are starting the riding. Our family was happy for this turn of events. Owner or boss called me 24+3 hours after we started. He said we should have been back at 24 hrs. I explained. And I told we are about 3 hours away. Well, we took the gear back at 24 + 7.5 hrs. Owner/boss demanded me to pay 8 hrs extra (minus 20% to give me a favour). I tried to explain my point of view and my expectations, and he focused on the signed agreement and how he lost a customer who had wanted one of our two snowmobiles. Summary: Snowmobile experience and service was great. My earlier experiences at this place have been great. This time, I just become disappointed for handling the misunderstanding of rental time/cost/promise when I ended up paying 350 euro for something extra I thought I was promised for free (and I wanted to close the issue for good before leaving).

My snowboard was fixed while I did grocery shopping in the nearby store. Very friendly, efficient and professional work. I can highly recommend!
