This place is truly amazing. It may seem stupid to have a whole area dedicated to signs but trust me, when you're there you'll realize its beauty. If you just take a moment and actually walk around, you'll start to see signs from all around...More

This site is an attraction unique to the Canada/ Alaska experience. Wander through and get a sense of the wide range of places in the world from which the visitors hailed. We of course nailed our Alabama license plate there.

This is the craziest place we have ever seen. Signs everywhere, on everything left by people from all over the world. Also has a bunch of the original equipment used to build the Alaskan highway on display. The information center also has a museum dedicated...More

Take a break on the Alcan Highway and check out the signs. Perhaps that says other than awesome scenery there is very little to do on the highway. Still, if you are driving through Watson Lake check out the sign post forest.

Was there last a decade ago and has it ever grown. Overwhelming as there are so many signs but simply one of those places one has to visit on the way up North :) Bernd and Bettina Williams Lake, BC

We heard about this place and wanted to check it out while in Watson Lake. We were amazed by all the signs! Impossible to count them all or read them all as there are so many. It is literally a forest of signs. Very fun...More

Definitely needs to be seen in order to appreciate the magnitude of this attraction. Clearly there is no real point or purpose but that's the magic of this innovative installation. We just meandered aimlessly trying to make sense of the senseless and it certainly made...More

I brought signs from AZ and enjoyed seeing the thousands of signs already hung. Don't miss this great stop.

as others have stated there is no permit required but it is difficult to find a space . After you hang the sign take a picture and make a note as to where you put it in case you ever want to go back one day and see it again... More
