Staff was very helpful in recommending the Rainforest hiking trail which only took 40 minutes to complete. It was fascinating to see old growth trees - cedar, hemlock over 500 years old.

The staff here was fun, friendly, and able to provide a lot of helpful recommendations for trails and restaurants in the area. There are dozens and dozens of free brochures and maps available here. Worth the stop if it's your first time in Ucluelet/Tofino!

Not much help. Load up on pamphlets and plan your trip at the airport or any other visitor centre anywhere. I've never felt less informed. Not even a lot of pamphlets. I found better information for the area even back on the mainland.

Small, but they have maps, brochures, a few things for sale, but best of all they can answer all of your questions and do so with a smile.
