Batemans Brewery is one of the country's oldest and most picturesque family breweries brewing craft beers since 1874. Great day out for all the family. The Visitors Centre during the summer is open Sunday - Wednesday 10am - 5pm food served 11am-3pm including Sunday carvery, Thursday - Saturday open 10am - 9pm with food served 11am - 5pm. Brewery Tours which are fun and entertaining 12 midday & 3pm booking advisable.

Visited last Sunday for lunch with our Grandaughter and it was a carvery. The food was very good with a choice of 2 meats and plenty of veg, couldnt manage a sweet. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
