Great for kids of all ages. The walk around the lake is very pleasant in all weathers. The cafe here is very good and reasonable priced. Healthy options available. Expensive to park, but otherwise a fun place.

We live near here and often walk around the lakes and along the river. Always good to see the wildfowl and swans and feed them.

We love this cafe - the breakfasts are amazing and they cater well for vegetarians. This cafe is usually busy due to its location but i have always found the standard to be good.

Rather bleak and wish I'd worn wellies to cope with the mud but a nice park to take in some air on a winters day. Sure it looks totally different every season.

Yes there are hard pathways. Probably best avoided in very wet weather as it can get a bit boggy in places.
