Never been here before but will certainly go again. Every twist and turn there is a beautiful view of different plants and trees, the colours are vibrant and the gardens are peaceful. There is a tea room also serving light snacks. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful and serene. Just wander about and give in to your senses. The sight of so many colourful plants, the smell of different kind of flowers, even the sound of nothing but birds. Visited to spend time and well worthwhile. Could do with a little more signage or maps where you are within the garden. The team at the tea... More

Saw this on Gardener's World this morning and fortunately able to visit straight away. Lovely place to wander. Beautiful rhodos & azaleas and magnificent trees. A pity the heavy rain of last week damaged a lot of blossom - see the item on GW to appreciate the full spectacle. A slight niggle was that I wish there were more (discreet)... More

A great discovery, thoroughly enjoyable time exploring these beautiful gardens and would highly recommend a visit... sensible sturdy footwear a must as we were surprised by the help we had to give to fellow visitors who struggled with natures carpet.

We went to ramster gardens today and had a lovely day. The gardens are beautifully kept and look amazing. You can easily spend 3 -4 hours here, as there are lots of different pathways to explore, which all lead to a tranquil setting. We would most definitely return. If your a fan of the "secret garden" you'll love ramster.

I'd never heard of this place until someone recently mentioned it to me and so I had to see it for myself. It's only open at certain times in the year but what a hidden gem! It's a lovely wander through woodland full of rhodedendrons, azaleas, acers, bluebells and a fantastic bog garden with impressive gunnera plants. Absolutely loved the... More

The Spring must be the best time to visit these gardens, indeed they are only open from in the Spring and maybe for Autumn colour - suggest you check the website. We visited in early may and had a marvellous day- carpets of bluebells everywhere! The azaleas and rhododendrons were also superb, with many other plants to see. There are... More

This was a birthday treat I will remember for many years. We had never visited before but I think we had the greatest luck that not only were the gardens exceptional but we had the added beauty of the bluebells being at their best. So many vistas open up as you meander among the Rhododendrons, azaleas and acers and then... More
