Visited the pools in the evening for what we hoped would be a relaxing soak after a day of golf. We should have used the hot tub and facilities at our rental villa instead and saved the cost and trip to Fairmont Hot Springs. The change rooms are disgusting, smell of urine, change room doors broken or non-existent, toilets were plugged,... More

The change rooms were absolutely horrendous. They smelt like a putrid mixture of urine, body odour, and stinky feet. I couldn't believe they charged twice the amount for admission as Radium.. Save your money and go to Radium until this place puts some effort into cleanliness. The pools were nice, but not worth the smell of the change rooms..

We stayed here years ago and it's apparent that no maintenance or upkeep has been completed to these aging facilities. New signs have been added to pool areas, telling customers to stay off divider metal bars (which are also in need of attention) and take away from the peaceful setting. Diving boards were removed and large pieces of wood were... More

Fairmont Hotsprings used be great. It isn't anymore. If you want a free, open 24/7/365 gorgeous wilderness hotspring and soak under the stars, please befriend a local near Fairmont. I won't divulge location:) Bring a candle, some wine, and try a real natural hotspring. You won't regret it. Family friendly until it gets dark:) ...

Went to the Fairmont Hot Springs to soak in in the pool and was very disappointed. The change rooms smelt horrible, paint chips everyone, they were dirty and not one change room had a lock on the door?? The pools themselves appear to be ran-down and could use maintenance. Very overpriced!!!!!

I have been going to the Fairmont pools for the last 25 years since my family and some of my friends like to spend hours in the water at the pools. The last few weeks it has been really disgusting, as it seems that every week one can see feces floating on water. Last time it was Friday Aug. 12 when... More

This is a perfect place to get away. The hot/warm pools are connected so you can easily spend the entire day there. Bring a picnic & be entertained watching all the kids (even the big ones) enjoy diving off the boards. For families this is an amazing place where you will make memories to last a lifetime. This is an... More
